Your VisitWe thank you for making a space in your life for us. So we can make your experience with us special and complete we would ask that you join us 15 minutes before your treatment for time to complete your consultation form. For the benefit of all our guests we like to keep our appointments prompt, and your late arrival may mean that we are unable to spend as much time with you as we would wish.
A charge of £10 is applicable to non-residents if you would like to use The Spa facilities, for all guests having treatments over £60 these are included.
On your arrival you will be greeted by one of the Leisure and Lavender Spa Team who will help you make the most of our fantastic facilities.
Leave the outside world behind - we ask that you leave your mobile phones switched off at all times to ensure that you receive the maximum rest and relaxation from your time with us.
We want to make you look and feel as young as possible, if you are under 16 you will not need our help.
Dress
We think you are beautiful but ask that in the wet areas and for treatments you wear appropriate clothing such as your swimming costume; your therapist can help with selecting the right attire for treatments.
Treatment bookings
Credit card details are required to secure your booking, however be assured that no payment will be taken unless a cancellation is made within 24hrs. However, this may be waived if you reschedule your appointment within 4 weeks of cancellation.
Group bookings
We hope you will bring some friends to experience The Spa. To confirm your booking we will require credit card details to confirm. Please be assured that no payment will be taken unless a cancellation is made within 24hrs.
We invite you to create your own spa experience, so if you would like any special essentials like a glass of bubbly or birthday cake we will be delighted to discuss how to make your day even more special.

Monday - Sunday 10.00 – 18:00
If you have any special requests for treatments outside of these hours please contact the spa. Last entry to the spa facilities is 1 hour before closing.

The aim of this venture is to give the students real experience of working in a hotel spa as they prepare for their future careers.
