Making a Purchase

We can accept orders and payments by telephone, fax, email and through our website. After you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling by cheques Maestro, Delta, VISA or MasterCard. The company name for these charges on your statement will be “Atholl Hydropathic”
We will debit your payment card with the total cost of the order prior to your order being despatched.

Delivery Schedule

We will despatch your order within 2 working days by first class post.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. The Atholl Palace cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen vouchers.

Returns Policy

We operate within the rules of the Distance Selling Regulations which entitles you to a 'cooling off' period of seven working days. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order within seven days please inform us by email or post and we will cancel your vouchers. If the vouchers have already been dispatched they will become null and void and the holder will not be able to redeem them.
