Your Visit

Thank you for making a space in your life for us. So we can make your experience with us special and complete we would ask that you follow the rules of etiquette:

Please join us 15 minutes before your treatment for time to complete your consultation form.For the benefit of all our guests we like to keep our appointments prompt, and your late arrival may mean that we are unable to spend as much time with you as we would wish.

Leave the outside world behind - we ask that you leave your mobile phones switched off at all times to ensure that you receive the maximum rest and relaxation from your time with us.  

Please note that recording equipment of any type is not permitted within the pool, leisure facilities and treatment room.

We want to make you look and feel as young as possible, if you are under 16 you will not need our help.

A charge of £15 per person is applicable, for non residents, if you would like to use the pool facilities from 10am to 4pm only. Children under 5 years are free and 6 to 15 years are £10.

Opening Hours - Lavender Spa

Tuesday - Saturday 10.00am – 6.00pm
We recommend that you book your Spa treatment in advance of your stay, you can do so by emailing us at lavenderspa@athollpalace.com

Pool and Gym Facilities opening hours:

Monday & Tuesday 7.00am - 9.00pm
Wednesday 7.00am - 7.00pm
Thursday & Friday 7.00am - 9.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 7.00am - 7.00pm

 

Last entry to the pool and gym facilities is 1 hour before closing.

 

Please note: Pool and Gym facilities are not staffed. 

 

Dress:

We think you are beautiful but ask that in the wet areas and for treatments you wear appropriate clothing such as your swimming costume; your therapist can help with selecting the right attire for treatments.

 

Group bookings:

We hope you will bring some friends to experience The Spa. Credit/Debit card details are required to secure bookings. For groups of 5 or more guests full payment is required 7 days prior to appointment date, this is non-refundable once paid.


Cancellation Policy:

We require Credit/Debit card details to secure any bookings.

Cancellation within 72 hours of reservation date will incur a 50% charge of the total amount of the treatments booked.

Cancellation within 48 hours of reservation date will incur a charge of the full amount of the treatments booked.

We invite you to create your own spa experience, so if you would like any special essentials like a glass of bubbly or birthday cake we will be delighted to discuss how to make your day even more special.
