What are your recommendations for guests visiting Pitlochry.

I recommend to guests that they immerse themselves in the breathtaking local scenery with a walk that begins at the amazing Black Spout Waterfall. From there wander across the iconic Iron Bridge over River Tummel offering great views of the valley. The next stop would be the Pitlochry Dam to try and glimpse the salmon leaping upstream. I always like to end my day with a delicious treat at Scotch Corner, famous for the Ice Cream. When I have time I do like to hike up Ben Vrackie which can take 4 – 5 hours but has the most amazing views.

Tell us about a hobby or passion of yours outside of work that brings you joy.

One of my greatest passions is accompanying my son to Dundee FC football matches the local team we proudly support. There’s something truly special about sharing these moments of excitement and camaraderie with him, creating memories that we both hold dear.
