We are currently seeking :
Receptionist within a very busy hotel. Responsiblefor the day to day operational delivery of Reservations and Reception services
Responsibilities and Duties
- Dealing with enquiries and reservations received via telephone, email and internet
- Checking in guests and producing bills on checking out
- General administration
- Offering the highest levels of Customer service at all times
- Will be required to work on a shift rota basis. 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days from 7.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous reception experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good command of the English language.
- A team player.
- An enthusiastic individual who is keen to deliver great customer service at all times.
