The Verandah Restaurant is famed for its stunning views over the Tummel Valley. In the morning the daylight plays on the sparkling tableware and in the evening sunsets fill the space with a warm glow. Every season adds its own dramatic twist to this spectacular landscape.
A growing reputation for the quality of the cuisine is now established, using the very best of local and Perthshire produce, to create a choice of menus full of game and fish specialties from Scotland’s larder. We are open throughout the day offering wholesome lunches and traditional afternoon teas 'with a view' in elegant surroundings.
As far as is practical and cost-effective, products are sourced preferentially from suppliers who are locally based, then regionally and nationally. Our fish and seafood is from a certified sustainable source (MSC). Where possible our tea, coffee and sugar are fairtrade, organic and ethical.
